Art opens doors we didn’t know were there. (Peter Weibel)

Fraktalwerk with Marlen Wagner and Robert Krokowski at artbook.berlin 2025: three days full of discoveries, curiosity, and conversations! The task of art is to open doors where no one sees them. (Peter Weibel)

From November 21 to 23, 2025, artbook.berlin opened its doors for the 14th time: to artists, small publishers, and galleries—and of course to visitors. Corn.elius Brändle and Hanneke van der Hoeven once again made it possible for our art to be seen, and for us to be present with it. We were curious about one another and entered into conversation. Old acquaintances were joyfully greeted, and new ones warmly welcomed. And together with collectors and visitors, we shared the sense of wonder at this diversity, this inventiveness, the skill and imagination—everything that revealed itself to our astonished eyes.

For this reason, here are a few impressions for those who could not be there, as an incentive to step through these doors in 2026—and for all who were there, as a memento:

Thank you for everything—and see you in 2026!
