Angelus Suspensus – the angel of history in an artistic-performative association space
We are very pleased! On September 17, Fractalwerk together with Tom Sojer (Hohenems/Austria) and Christian Kern (Münster) will design the evening program of the anniversary congress Pastoraltheology “250 Jahre in between” in Berlin.
We will present and bring together elements of our long-term project Entanglements (https://entanglements.de/). We are currently preparing this part of the project for presentations and workshops in 2025 in Hohenems (Vorarlberg, Austria) and as part of the cultural capital Chemnitz 2025. Christian Kern (Münster) and Tom Sojer (Hohenems/Austria) also will participate on 17 September 2024 in Berlin.
Our workshop show, an “intermediate” of artistic work processes in an open working process, includes voice, sound, music and film scenes, readings, dance elements, installations and performative combinations – and an invitation to the members of the congress to participate. An “immersion space” between forms of expression, images and thoughts is to be created – and also an association space, which aims to stimulate reflection and further thinking.
Fraktalwerk sees itself (not only) in its Entanglements as a participatory project, an open process, in which those who are interested can also contribute their impulses and resonances to the further work.
In this sense, we look forward to the association and discovery space as well as to the encounter and conversation “between” forms of representation and times.
